RETURNS

We accept returns for all full price items that reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date and all sale items that reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings.

UK RETURNS

We are pleased to offer free returns for all full price items purchased within the UK. If you need to return an item, please do get in touch via email at crfashiontrading@gmail.com  stating your order number and reason for the return. 

Boutique Lua cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At the moment, we do not offer free returns for orders outside the UK. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment to the UK.

Boutique Lua cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely, we strongly advise you use an insured and tracked service.

We are unable to accept returned full price products that reach us more than 30 days after the original delivery date, or sale products that reach us more than 14 days after the original delivery date. Please do make sure that we can process your return quickly and easily by ensuring that all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

REFUNDS

We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products (excluding shipping charges for non UK orders) within 7 days of Boutique Lua receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.

Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Boutique Lua cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event a product purchased from Boutique Lua is deemed faulty within a period of 30 days after the date of purchase, we are happy to either repair, replace or refund an item at no additional cost to the purchaser.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
